  On this week's show, we spoke with Cynthia Kupper, RD, the Executive Director of The Gluten Intolerance Group of North America (GIG). We talked with Cynthia about GIG and all the great work they do, their upcoming annual conference in June, their GF summer camps and some of the great programs they have that help ensure we all have gluten free food to eat (Restaurant Program, GF Food Service Program, Certified GF Products Program). We also talked about other news in the gluten-free world, including upcoming events, FDA recalls and some recent studies.

09/10/09 - Excellent Op-Ed written by Michael Pollan.  He talks about health care reform and does a great job of explaining why current efforts won’t solve the problem of soaring costs.
